Matthew brings nearly 30 years of residential construction and renovation experience in Boston and surrounding areas. He holds credentials as a licensed general contractor, real estate broker, and LEED-accredited professional. His expertise spans single-family renovations, historic rehabilitation, new construction and selective commercial projects. His approach emphasizes understanding existing buildings, strong design sensibility, and blending classic architectural details with modern updates.

We work primarily in Newton, Brookline, Chestnut Hill, and the surrounding Greater Boston area, taking on a limited number of projects each year so every client gets direct, hands-on attention from our team.

Custom home building, whole-home renovations, additions, and historic restoration, from ground-up new construction to preserving the original character of an older Boston-area home.

Do I need my own architect, or do you handle design?

We coordinate design, permitting, and construction under one roof. If you already have an architect, we're glad to build from their plans; if not, we'll bring in the right design partner for your project.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary with scope: a kitchen or bath renovation typically runs a few months, while a whole-home renovation or custom build can take a year or more. We'll give you a realistic schedule before work begins.
